Job Description

This role is for an experienced and proactive IT Technical Support specialist to join our team, focusing on providing expert technical support, ensuring the continuous operation of IT systems and hardware, and managing the Help Desk function. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the IT environment and strong analytical skills to drive service improvements. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, managing Help Desk team resource allocation and scheduling, and acting as a local liaison for technical escalations. The candidate must be able to prepare performance reports, conduct statistical analyses of business trends, and manage customer satisfaction surveys to propose continuous improvements. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The ability to lead joint work, take initiative, and communicate effectively is essential.
