Job Description

Responsibilities of IT Technical Support



Technical Assistance & Troubleshooting

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and resolve system, printer, and peripheral problems in a timely manner.

System & Network Maintenance

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and network equipment. Ensure system security through antivirus updates, firewalls, and regular patch management.

User Support & Training

Assist employees with IT-related queries and provide basic training on applications and systems. Maintain a friendly, customer-oriented attitude when resolving user issues.

Software Management

Set up new user accounts, emails, and access permissions. Install and configure software and operating systems according to company policies.

Backup & Data Protection

Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place. Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards.

Coordination & Continuous Improvement

Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software licensing. Suggest improvements for IT processes, infrastructure, and security measures.
Requirements:

Minimum bachelor's degree required Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support required Should be available in Dubai for interview

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
