  • Responding to technical support calls from end users and software applications
  • Setting up user accounts and profiles for the clients
  • Monitoring software application for various alerts
  • Generating reports
  • Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults
  • Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
  • 2+ years of experience Software and hardware support
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers.
  • Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services
  • Logging cases on reporting systems
  • Coordination with the Technical teams on site
  • Monitoring and updating ticket support application
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 per month Application Question(s):

Experience:
