. Hardware Service Maintenance-Prefer working with well known brands before (HP,EPSON,CANON). . Monitor network performance and maintain network security . Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals . Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues reported by users . Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings . Ensure the availability of network resources and services . Install and configure network hardware, such as routers and switches, Firewalls, CCTVs Biometric Machines . Monitor system performance and security logs . Train users on new hardware and software . Research and recommend new IT technologies and solutions . Work with vendors to resolve technical issues . 1-3 years of experience working in IT support according to ITIL approach. . .Provide day-today IT support to our users and customers in a friendly and efficient manner. . Ensure service type, timing, and quality levels are in line with agreed SLAs. . Support & Maintain Domain controller, DHCP, and DNS servers is a plus. . Support & Maintain office 365 users. . Be Aware of network devices (Switches, Routers), cables, access points, and VPN. . Be Aware of Veeam backup system, VMWare is a prefer. . Deal with IT suppliers/vendors to purchase/renew software licenses, hardware, and equipment. . Keep an inventory update of all equipment, software, and license users. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. . At least 3 years of experience working in IT . Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems . Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP . Experience with network hardware, such as routers and switches, firewalls . Excellent problem-solving and communication skills . Able to work independently and as part of a team.
