The ideal candidate is a hands-on learner with a technical mindset and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and hard drives
Assist in mobile phone setup, configuration, and minor repairs
Support basic networking tasks (router installation, internet troubleshooting)
Perform system installations and software setup
Provide general technical support to internal staff or customers
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in an organized manner
Assist in light equipment painting or device casing refurbishment (if applicable)
Follow company safety and quality standards
Requirements:
Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
Comfortable working with tools and electronic components
Familiar with mobile phones, internet connections, and common software
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
High school diploma or equivalent
