Key Responsibilities: Lead IT app development & IoT integration for fleet, taxi, bus, and school services. Manage IoT rollout (cameras, sensors, biometric devices). Oversee system architecture, security, and scalability. Coordinate vendors & stakeholders under PMO governance. Deliver KPI dashboards and drive continuous improvement.
