Identifying project requirements, define coding standards, and developing task allocations for the team Leading internal projects related to internal tools, designing, schema and interfacing various payments/accounting APIs Planning and conducting code reviews Liaising with team members across departments, Management and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed and up to quality standard Working closely with our product and design team to better understand end-user requirements Requirements: At least 5 years of hands-on technical leadership experience in a software development environment \xe2\x80\x93 this is an important must-have 5+ years of experience developing highly scalable and maintainable web applications Proficiency in technologies/languages including SQL, React, PHP Javascript/Jquery, S3, Memcache, Redis, Javascript, Heroku, Postgres, MySQL. Solid knowledge of OOP and functional programming, software design and database systems Demonstrated experience, exposure and interest in the fintech space. Having worked with a fintech company will be a big advantage. A deep understanding of accounting and expense management systems Qualifications: Experience in team lead 5 years at least Background in Computer Science, Engineering A background in IT, computer science and/or cloud computing with a good understanding of networking, servers, storage systems, enterprise applications and the cloud. Expert knowledge and understanding of cloud architecture design and familiar with architecture methodology and practice in applications/websites. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
