Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

IT Team Lead

to oversee end-to-end IT operations, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead a small technical team, manage enterprise systems, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IT environments across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the internal IT team, vendors, and external consultants Oversee

ERP systems

including

Zoho, Odoo, or similar platforms

Administer

Microsoft 365

(Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD) Manage cloud infrastructure across

Azure / AWS / GCP

Oversee

DevOps processes

, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation Ensure

cybersecurity best practices

, endpoint protection, backups, and DR Manage

IT networking

(firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs, LAN/WAN) Handle

IT hardware & software lifecycle management

Monitor system performance, uptime, and SLA compliance Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers Act as the primary escalation point for critical IT issues

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in

IT Infrastructure / Systems / Team Lead

roles Strong hands-on experience with

ERP platforms (Zoho / Odoo / ERPNext)

Proven expertise in

Microsoft 365 & Azure AD administration

Solid understanding of

cloud computing and DevOps fundamentals

Experience with

networking, firewalls, and security appliances

Strong knowledge of

IT security, data protection, and compliance

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Added Advantage

Experience managing IT in

enterprise or multi-location environments

Exposure to

ISO 27001, IT audits, or compliance frameworks

Cloud, Microsoft, or ERP certifications Prior experience in education, SMB, or corporate IT environments
