In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technology professionals across various domains such as software development, data engineering, cybersecurity, DevOps, cloud, and IT support. You will play a critical role in shaping our tech team by identifying candidates who are not only technically proficient but also a cultural fit. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Proactively source and engage candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and employee referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and soft skills
Manage full-cycle recruitment process including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and facilitating offers
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Create and post engaging job descriptions tailored to specific IT roles
Utilize and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Stay up to date on trends in the tech industry and the competitive landscape for talent
Track and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source of hire)
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in an in-house or agency setting
Familiarity with IT roles and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Agile)
Experience with sourcing tools, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday), and CRM platforms
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Passion for technology and talent acquisition best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for both full-time and contract IT roles
Technical background or certifications in recruiting or HR (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, SHRM-CP)
Previous experience hiring for product-based or SaaS companies
