Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced technical support for Mac systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Deploy, manage, and monitor mobile devices and laptops using leading MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune, or similar). Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices, policies, and controls in alignment with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Respond to and investigate security incidents, coordinate remediation efforts, and support vulnerability management. Perform regular system updates, patch management, and endpoint protection to ensure secure, compliant devices. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within a mixed Mac and Windows environment. Provide high-quality Tier 2/Tier 3 support to resolve complex technical issues for local and remote staff. Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and hardware lifecycle management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5-8 years of relevant IT support experience, with a strong focus on Mac OS administration and support. In-depth experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, or similar tools. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint security tools, and secure network practices. Hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional end-user support.
