Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

IT System Administrator (Networking & PowerShell)

to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in

Windows Server environments, networking, and PowerShell automation

, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities System Administration

Install, configure, and maintain

Windows Servers

, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies Monitor system performance, availability, and security Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
Networking

Configure and support

LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and routers

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues Ensure network security and compliance with company policies Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network-related services
PowerShell & Automation

Develop and maintain

PowerShell scripts

for system automation, reporting, and administration Automate routine IT tasks such as user provisioning, system health checks, and backups Improve efficiency by reducing manual IT processes
Security & Compliance

Implement and monitor security best practices Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and access controls Assist with audits, documentation, and IT compliance requirements
Support & Documentation

Provide

Level 2/3 IT support

for system and network issues Create and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and system diagrams Work closely with other departments to support business operations
Requirements Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

3-5 years of experience as a

System Administrator or Network Administrator

Technical Skills

Strong experience with

Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)

Advanced knowledge of

Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP

Solid understanding of

networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls)

Proficient in

PowerShell scripting and automation

Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware) is an advantage Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools
Soft Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Good communication and documentation skills High attention to detail and security awareness
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, AZ-104) Networking certifications (CCNA or equivalent) Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments
