What You'll Do

• Administer and monitor servers on Windows and Linux environments (on-premises and cloud)
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts
• Oversee firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN infrastructure
• Implement security best practices, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery plans
• Maintain IT asset inventory and oversee lifecycle management of hardware
• Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency and reliability
• Install, configure, and support enterprise applications such as Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, and VMware
• Work with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and procurement needs
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document solutions
• Prepare IT documentation including SOPs, configuration records, and network diagrams
• Support IT audits and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other standards

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT system administration
• Proficient in Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, and core networking protocols
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with security tools including endpoint protection, MFA, SIEM, and backup solutions
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills
• Preferred certifications: MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, Azure Administrator, or RHCSA
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Bash is an advantage
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, or SolarWinds is a plus
• Understanding of ITIL framework and use of ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira
