Job Opportunity: IT System Administrator / IT Manager

Position Objective

The IT Manager will oversee the company's digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across server management, network security, and ERP administration. This role is pivotal in driving our upcoming ERP migration and maintaining high-standard IT governance for our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management:

Oversee on-premise and cloud servers, ensuring 24/7 uptime, security, and robust backup/recovery protocols.

ERP Leadership:

Lead the ERP migration and implementation phase, including user permissions, security, and documentation.

Network & Security:

Manage firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity. Implement cybersecurity best practices and conduct regular system audits.

Domain & Email Admin:

Manage corporate domains, DNS, SSL, and email systems (Exchange/Google Workspace).

IT Support:

Provide technical guidance to employees and manage the internal helpdesk and hardware inventory.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with global IT vendors for procurement, licensing, and high-level support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in server administration and successful ERP migration projects.

Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Network Configuration, and Data Protection.

Soft Skills:

Independent problem-solving, project management, and excellent communication.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

System uptime and network reliability. Successful milestone completion for ERP migration. Security compliance and efficient vendor management.
