• Our client is a well-establish Financial Trading Firm , specializes in multi asset trading services.
• Provides advances tools and services within currency trading, commodities, cryptocurrencies, indices, and other markets through Acuity and MetaTrader 5 platform.
• Consistently expanding its trading services across multiple financial instruments and global markets. Regulated by Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) of the UAE.
• Established 5 years ago, Offices in UAE and Africa. Headquarted in Mauritius

• After successful 2025, looking for IT Support to join the team in Dubai.
• Manage and maintain all employee IT assets, including devices, hardware, software licenses, and access to Microsoft and Google services.
• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot company networking infrastructure, servers, and internal systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve IT issues for staff, ensuring secure and efficient use of technology across the organization.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Ideally has 6+ years of experience as an IT Support, Tech, Desktop Enginer or any relevant role.
• Experience in the Forex, Financial Industry is a plus.
• Must have experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Having knowledge of Windows, and common office applications.
• Can speak fluent English
