Key Responsibilities

• Support POS systems, servers, and telecommunications equipment.
• Monitor daily data communications, network logs, and backup processes.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on system usage and IT policies.
• Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with corporate IT standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT management to plan and implement upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all IT activities and troubleshooting steps.

Ideal Profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree in IT or computer systems.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience, ideally within hospitality.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with network systems, user account management, and hardware maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
