Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware/software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.
Manage internal networks and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
Monitor IT security and maintain system protection.
Document issues and solutions for accurate IT support records.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support within medical groups, clinics, or hospitals in the UAE.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, and office software.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified are a plus.
