Clinica Sabah Group is seeking an
IT Support Technician
withat least 2 years of experience in medical groups, clinics, or hospitals in the UAE
. The ideal candidate must befluent in both Arabic and English
, able to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth operation across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware/software issues. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications. Manage internal networks and troubleshoot connectivity problems. Monitor IT security and maintain system protection. Document issues and solutions for accurate IT support records.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support within medical groups, clinics, or hospitals in the UAE.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, and office software. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified are a plus.Benefits:
