Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

IT Technician

with hands-on experience in

CCTV systems

,

sound systems

,

access control

, and other

low-voltage IT solutions

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic security systems and AV setups for commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain

CCTV systems

, including IP and analog cameras. Set up and maintain

public address (PA) and sound systems

, including amplifiers, speakers, mixers, and microphones. Install and configure

access control systems

, including biometric and RFID systems. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on all installed systems. Run and terminate

low-voltage cabling

(CAT5/6, coaxial, speaker wire, etc.). Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Provide technical support to clients on-site and remotely. Maintain documentation of system layouts, configurations, and service records. Work with project managers and other technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget. Stay up to date with the latest security and AV technologies and trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in installing and maintaining CCTV, sound systems, and other low-voltage technologies. Strong understanding of IP networks, video management systems (VMS), and NVR/DVR configurations. Knowledge of AV systems and sound engineering is a strong plus. Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and wiring schematics. Basic knowledge of IT networking (e.g., IP addressing, LAN/WAN, switches, routers). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and customer service orientation. Physically fit and able to work in various environments (rooftops, ceilings, outdoor areas). Valid driver's license preferred.
