IT Support Technician

to join our Dubai office, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining network performance. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring uninterrupted IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications. Monitor and maintain IT networks, servers, and backup systems. Respond to IT service requests promptly and professionally. Assist in setting up new workstations and ensuring proper system configuration. Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions. Support IT projects, updates, and security protocols. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and solutions to enhance IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar technical role. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with IT security practices and backup solutions. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple requests. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
