We , Surfaces Furnishings LLC are seeking a dedicated and proactive

IT Support Technician

to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to end users, assisting with network and cabling tasks, performing hardware and software troubleshooting, managing IT infrastructure, and supporting smooth day-to-day IT operations across client devices and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide first-level technical support to employees (onsite/remote).
? Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
? Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
? Perform user data backup and migration tasks when required.
? Assist in network cabling installation and troubleshooting.
? Manage and support Office 365 applications and user accounts.
? Assist with maintaining basic network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless access points).
? Perform basic IT inventory management and maintain accurate documentation.
? Provide end-user training and support on IT systems and tools.
? Work with external vendors when needed for specialized support or equipment procurement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

? Proven experience as an

IT Support Technician

,

IT Helpdesk Technician

, or similar role.
? Strong knowledge of

Windows 10/11

and

Microsoft Office Suite

.
? Familiarity with basic networking (

LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS

).
? Experience with

network cabling

and basic network troubleshooting.
? Experience with

data backup and migration techniques

.
? Experience with printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
? Understanding of IT security and backup best practices.
? Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
?

UAE Driving License

is mandatory.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
