We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Assist with network administration tasks, including monitoring and troubleshooting network connectivity.
Utilize SCCM for software deployment, updates, and inventory management.
Support mobile devices and ensure they are configured correctly for use within the organization.
Conduct regular maintenance on computers and peripherals to ensure functionality.
Serve as a help desk resource for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of IT assets.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of network administration and IT infrastructure management.
Familiarity with SCCM for system management tasks.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, software, and mobile devices.
Experience with Linux operating systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist users at all levels.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
