Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
: Responding to user requests via email, chat, or phone to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.System Maintenance:
Installing, configuring, and upgrading workstations, printers, phones, and software applications.User Management
: Creating, managing, and troubleshooting user accounts, permissions, and security credentials, particularly for new hires.Troubleshooting:
Diagnosing issues with operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.Documentation
: Maintaining accurate logs of IT issues, fixes, and asset inventories. Ensure devices comply with company IT policies and standards.Security:
Assisting with antivirus updates, patch management, and data security compliance.Qualifications
Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.Problem-Solving
: Ability to diagnose and fix technical, hardware, and network issues.Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills for providing clear, user-friendly technical assistance.Experience:
Typically 1-2 years in internal IT or technical support roles.Education/Certification:
