is looking for a

IT Support Technician

in

Doha-Qatar



Key Responsibilities



Technical Support

: Responding to user requests via email, chat, or phone to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

System Maintenance:

Installing, configuring, and upgrading workstations, printers, phones, and software applications.

User Management

: Creating, managing, and troubleshooting user accounts, permissions, and security credentials, particularly for new hires.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing issues with operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.

Documentation

: Maintaining accurate logs of IT issues, fixes, and asset inventories. Ensure devices comply with company IT policies and standards.

Security:

Assisting with antivirus updates, patch management, and data security compliance.

Qualifications



Technical Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.

Problem-Solving

: Ability to diagnose and fix technical, hardware, and network issues.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills for providing clear, user-friendly technical assistance.

Experience:

Typically 1-2 years in internal IT or technical support roles.

Education/Certification:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
