Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and network issues).
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and office equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve printer, desktop, and system-related issues.
Manage support requests via ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
Provide on-site and remote support to multiple branches when required.
Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and solutions regularly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, office applications, and networking basics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in English is a plus
