We are looking for a skilled and proactive
IT Support Technician
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in system and server administration, as well as strong knowledge of networking. This role requires a problem-solver who can provide technical support across our organization and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level IT support to end-users (hardware/software issues) Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware Manage and monitor servers, Active Directory, and system backups Administer and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades Ensure network and system security protocols are up-to-date Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfill technical requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as IT Support, System Administrator, or similar role Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP Good understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, etc.) Familiar with firewalls, routers, and switches Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
