We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to manage the IT infrastructure for 25 branches. This role combines field operations, software management, and maintenance, serving as the primary technical link between the company and system developers.
Responsibilities:
Maintain continuous coordination with the private software company developing our proprietary CRM system, supervising the implementation of updates and technical requirements.
Provide immediate and comprehensive technical support to branch employees via Any Desk to resolve all operational issues remotely.
Supervise the technical management of the cloud-based "Call Center System," ensuring the stability of communications and cloud services.
Perform full maintenance for all computers and equipment, preparing and issuing technical assets to employees and maintaining precise inventory records.
Monitor branch devices in real-time, tracking all technical activities to ensure adherence to technical discipline and data security.
Manage the full technical setup for 13 new branches, including network installation, hardware configuration, and administrative software deployment.
Skills:
Deep and comprehensive knowledge of networking, remote work systems, and computer hardware/software maintenance.
Experience dealing with CRM systems, VoIP, and cloud-based platforms.
Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to developers and external vendors.
