Job Summary: Looking for an IT Support Staff in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Will assist in installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems as well as applications
Assist in maintaining computer systems and networks when necessary
Assist in troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Offer support including procedural documentation as well as relevant reports
Create new users\' accounts as well as profiles
Respond to IT issues in a timely manner
Effectively prioritize tasks

Job Qualifications and Experience

The incumbent must have an IT related Degree with proven experience working as an IT support staff
Outstanding technical skills required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ladies are required
Must be highly skilled in L1 IT support
