Join our IT team as an IT Support specialist and contribute to the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to provide technical assistance to our employees.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications Set up and manage user accounts and permissions Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and provide excellent customer service Conduct regular system and network maintenance tasks Keep abreast of technology trends and updates Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures Train end-users on the use of hardware and software
Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Familiarity with ITIL principles is a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
