Qualifications:
Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, software errors, and hardware failures.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords as needed.
Document support procedures, solutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
