Job Description

ABC Imaging is seeking a reliable and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and delivering efficient help desk services to ensure smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to IT support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktop computers, hardware, and software issues Diagnose and resolve IT problems related to PCs, networking, and connectivity Perform troubleshooting of hardware, software, and operating systems Manage cabling, network connectivity, and basic networking tasks Deliver prompt and professional help desk support to end users Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues with minimal disruption to operations

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, and help desk operations Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and desktop systems Experience with PC troubleshooting (both hardware and software) Basic knowledge of networking, cabling, and connectivity Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional or similar) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
