We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused
IT Support Specialist
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, remote tools, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and IT equipment.
Maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords in Active Directory and other systems.
Monitor and respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner.
Document issues, solutions, and system configurations in the ticketing system.
Assist in the setup and deployment of new equipment and user onboarding/offboarding.
Provide support for video conferencing, printers, copiers, and other office technology.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches on systems and software.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams when necessary.
Follow and enforce IT policies and security protocols.
Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
