Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Provide first and second-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and office applications. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control through Active Directory or Office 365. Monitor and maintain system performance, backups, and security updates. Assist in IT asset management, software licensing, and documentation. Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, access points, etc.). Perform structured cabling, including laying and terminating Cat6/Cat7 cables and fiber optic connections. Conduct cable testing, labeling, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Support LAN/WAN setup, Wi-Fi configurations, and firewall monitoring. Install, configure, and maintain IP and analog CCTV cameras, DVRs, and NVRs. Run and terminate CCTV cabling, including power and data connections. Monitor CCTV performance and ensure proper video recording and storage. Troubleshoot camera faults, recording failures, and remote viewing issues. Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and upgrades of CCTV systems.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

CCTV Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* CCNA (Preferred)
