We are seeking an experienced IT Support specialist with expertise in OPERA Property Management System to provide technical assistance and maintain seamless hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of hospitality technology systems.

Salary - 5000 to 6500 + benefits
What You'll Do:
? Provide technical support for OPERA PMS and related systems
? Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
? Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality
? Train staff on OPERA system features and updates
? Maintain data integrity and perform regular system backups
? Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues promptly
What We're Looking For:
? 5+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality
? Strong knowledge of OPERA Property Management System
? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
? Experience with Windows/Linux servers and networking
? Strong communication and customer service skills
