Key Responsibilities
Learn and effectively use the internal company system (training will be provided)
Run the system in parallel with existing manual processes to ensure accuracy and continuity
Provide technical assistance and support to staff members
Enter, update, and manage data accurately within the system
Handle basic computer, software, and system-related issues
Coordinate with the IT team to report and resolve technical problems
Assist in improving system adoption and user efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience
in IT support or a similar role
Strong computer skills and familiarity with common software applications
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills
