Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support for hardware, software, and networks.
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, smart devices, and printers.
Support Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, Mac OS, and mobile devices.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues; escalate when necessary.
Monitor and maintain company systems and data security.
Handle software installations, upgrades, and backups.
Respond promptly to staff requests onsite and remotely.
Record and document incidents and solutions.
Provide out-of-hours support if required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum
2 years' UAE experience
in IT/end-user support.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, smart devices, and Mac OS.
Familiarity with LAN/WAN and system security.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Arabic (Required), English (Preferred).
UAE Driving License (Preferred).
