Job Description
Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them. Installed and configured computer hardware operating systems and applications, as well as monitored and maintained computer systems. Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues. Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate). Resolving IT support requests from employees. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems. Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues. Generating sign-ins for new hires during the onboarding process. Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.
