Job Position - IT Support - L1

Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 5,000 - 6,000 (Total Package)
Job Purpose
Provide efficient Level 1 / Level 2 end-user IT support, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and user applications while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT support (hardware, software, OS, email)
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and basic Active Directory tasks
- Handle incident tickets, user requests, and escalations within SLA
- Manage system access, password resets, and user onboarding/offboarding
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Maintain IT support documentation and asset records
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on end-user / desktop support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office / Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar)
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to provide independent on-site support
