Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Install & configure hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners

Support ERP installation, integration, and user training

Customize workflows, intranet portal, and website features

Troubleshoot issues (remote & onsite) and perform diagnostics

Test new technologies and update software/drivers

Provide company-wide technical support and equipment repairs

Manage SharePoint sites and intranet/website updates and development.

Requirements:



Bachelor's in Computer Science

Hardware & networking knowledge

Minimum 2 years' experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
