Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide Level 1 technical support for endpoints, network queries, and basic IT infrastructure issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OS-level issues (Windows/Mac/Linux).
- Support and troubleshoot networking protocols and configurations (VLAN, DNS, DHCP).
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment, applications, and network connectivity.
- Support POS (Point of Sale) systems (preferred but not required).
- Document support tickets, solutions, and follow escalation procedures.
- Work collaboratively within a multicultural, multi-national environment.
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and eagerness to learn.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
