It Support Executive
Job Description
Binayah Properties, an award-winning real estate company established in 2007, is hiring an IT Support Executive to manage and support day-to-day IT operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on IT support experience in the UAE and strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and remote support tools.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and office IT infrastructure
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and basic networking issues
Support access control systems and remote support tools
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
Provide support for AV equipment and video conferencing systems
Maintain IT documentation and ensure smooth daily IT operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 1 year UAE experience in IT support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking basics
Experience with access control systems and remote support tools
Familiarity with UniFi devices, AV equipment, and video conferencing is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving skills
