Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT support roles
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software issues and ERP Support
Background in similar business IT support / Retail field is an advantage
Hands-on in MS Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 support is a must
Excellent communication abilities, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-focused attitude
Capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
Willing to work in flexible shifts
Candidates with valid UAE driving license will be given preference
