The Role
Looking for IT Support Engineer at Jebel Ali, UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience: 5+ years \xe2\x80\xa2 Location: Jebel Ali, UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Contract duration: 1 year \xe2\x80\xa2 Skill: Experience in Desktop Support engineer with Networking experience \xe2\x80\xa2 UAE Driving License is Mandatory \xe2\x80\xa2 Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware (Desktop/Laptop/Printers), software application & Networking problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems & Patch management, software update and monitor the system status and unwanted software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L2 level & Managing data backup and recovery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Configure & troubleshooting of TCP/IP settings & connectivity problems for client computers and add them to domain. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure in Active Directory user creation & deletion \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing windows server 2016/2019 Active Directory services, configuring windows servers & Installing different roles on the server. \xe2\x80\xa2 Installation, Configuration and Monitoring of virus issues through Endpoint Protection antivirus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Installation and configuration of physical server - RAID Servers \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and support of Windows Server 2008/2016 environments & managing Physical servers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Installation and configuration of VPN clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience on server imaging/restoring with acronis tool. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolving tickets within the SLA which is raised from End User side. Providing support through onsite support/Remote support & On call support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hand on experience in Incidents, Service requests and change request based on ITIL Process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge on mobile device management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience on Wireless network and Mobile devices

Requirements
Required Candidate profile \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to support under 24/7 support \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal and Written) and result oriented \xe2\x80\xa2 Good verbal & written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid UAE driving license.
