Currently, we are seeking for an IT Support Engineer. In this role, the successful candidate will provide IT support for end users.
Responsibilities: 1. Perform service desk procedures effectively. 2. Deliver designated operational procedures and manuals for reference purposes. 3. Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations while meeting business and customer requirements. 4. Compile detailed status reports of service desk products as per designated policy. 5. Apply corporate security policies and procedures to end users.
Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience: 1. Proficient oral and written communication in English and presentation skills. 2. Attention to details and concern for quality. 3. Degree in Science, Computer Science preferable 4. Bachelor in Engineering 5. 2+ year experience on end user support solutions and services; logistics and warehousing.
