Job Description
Salary: 10.000 AED
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support and technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
- Ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
- Communicate effectively in Arabic and English.
- Adhere to ITIL knowledge and best practices.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in technical support or service desk is a plus.
- ITIL knowledge required.
- Must be 30 years old or younger.
- Must have a car and a valid UAE driver's license.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to join within a reasonable timeframe.
