The candidate must have at least 2 year prior experience in handling Windows and MAC Users
Support the management of all Office 365 licensing and reporting
Install, configure and maintain computers, networks and/or other IT related equipment and devices.
Maintain IT assets & inventories.
Administer servers and systems.
Perform updates, backups, and troubleshoot.
Provide technical support to windows and mac users.
Cisco Switches configurations upon requirement, VM and health Check and other IT related tasks.
Understanding of WAN/LAN/SAN constraints related to centralized storage in virtualized environments.
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP servers etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
