Job Title Support Engineer

Description

• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, CCTV, Access control, PBX and Bio metric Devices
• Design and deploy networks and ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, servers and networks
• Plan and schedule backup measures and recovery solution software
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support and information security across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Handling Mobiles and tele-communication for all company
• Test new technology
• Documentation of all IT related inventories, configurations and network topology
• Give SAP Training and Support for staff members.
• Generate reports as per manager's request
• Website maintenance and update

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Experience in active directory, group policy, domain controls and Microsoft office products
• SAP Certification is a plus
• A technical, logical thought process
• Ability to stick to strict deadlines
• Strong Analytical, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skill

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
