Job Description

* The company is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Hardware and Network Support Engineer to join their IT team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including hardware, networks, and software and will be the key point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving user inquiries, and implementing new technologies.

Responsibilities: * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and network issues. * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network devices. * Perform routine maintenance on IT systems, including software updates and backups. * Respond to user support tickets and provide timely resolution to technical problems. * Monitor network performance and identify potential issues. * Document procedures and troubleshoot logs to ensure efficient problem resolution. * Implement new hardware and network technologies as needed. * Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure smooth operation of IT systems. * Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Education & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role. * Strong understanding of hardware, networks, and software. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. * Certifications in relevant IT areas, such as CompTIA A+ or Network+, CCNA, are a plus.
