Troubleshooting and problem-solving Knowledge of Desktop/ Laptop troubleshooting related to MS Office/ OS. Knowledge of routing and switching protocols (TCP/IP etc. Experience with network security measures (firewalls, VPNs) Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds) Understanding of cloud networking concepts Proficiency in network performance optimization
Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Certifications:
CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+
Salary & Benefits:
OMR 500/- to 600/- per month (based on experience and qualifications)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO500.000 - RO600.000 per month
