What You'll Do:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair IT devices including computers, printers, iPads, and peripherals.
Maintain and repair kiosk machines for the Smart Police Station (SPS).
Ensure optimal functionality of Q-System screens and related SPS equipment.
Diagnose and resolve network issues to maintain seamless system connectivity.
Document completed work and create knowledge base articles for future troubleshooting.
Analyze user-reported issues using test scripts, technical expertise, and detailed probing questions.
Perform software patching, updates, and installations to address security vulnerabilities and improve performance.
Refurbish and configure PC systems, monitors, networking equipment, and printers.
