We are seeking an
IT Support Engineer
to work
onsite at a client location
, responsible for providing day-to-day IT support with a strong focus on
Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support
. The role involves troubleshooting user issues, managing M365 services, and ensuring smooth IT operations at the client site.
Job responsibilities
Provide
L1/L2 technical support
to end users for hardware, software, and system-related issues
Configure, manage, and support
Microsoft 365
(Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Handle
user account management
, license assignment, password resets, and MFA
Troubleshoot
Windows OS (10/11)
, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
Resolve
basic network connectivity issues
(LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and escalate complex issues when required
Coordinate with internal IT teams and maintain basic issue documentation
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of experience as an
IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft 365 administration
Good knowledge of
Windows OS and end-user troubleshooting
Basic understanding of networking (no advanced networking or server skills required)
Good communication skills and ability to work at a
client-facing onsite role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED7,500.00 per month
