Job Description
Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support to internal teams and resolve technical issues promptly
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and POS system issues
Manage network components such as VLAN, DNS, and DHCP
Assist with system upgrades, installations, and configurations
Maintain accurate IT documentation and logs for troubleshooting and reporting
Collaborate with multinational teams to ensure seamless IT operations
Support IT infrastructure to maintain high availability and performance
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements for IT processes
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of IT support experience (helpdesk, technical support, or system administration)
Knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux systems, and POS systems
Familiarity with VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and IT infrastructure management
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
