Salary - 5500 AED
Experience - 4+ years
What You'll Do:
? Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
?? Maintain and monitor network infrastructure
? Document processes and create user guides for better service delivery
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
? Assist in system upgrades and installations as needed
? Respond promptly to support requests from staff members
- Experience in Outlook laptop image installations and POS.
- MS office outlook taking backup
- End User Support
- Printer, Laptop, computer , CCTV configuration
? Minimum of 4 years experience in IT support or related field
? Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
? Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent preferred
